The Landscape Project Manager oversees all aspects of contracted landscape and hardscape projects—from planning to completion. This role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery, top-quality results, and strong client satisfaction while leading Foremen and crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, materials, PA-1 calls, and crew oversight.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with designers, sales, and foremen to ensure smooth execution.
• Motivate crews, maintain positive culture, and identify training needs.
• Handle customer issues, change orders, and special projects.
• Monitor industry best practices for landscaping and hardscaping.
• Ensure jobs are completed to quality standards and communicate with sales upon completion.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of horticulture and hardscape practices.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary $63,000 - $80,000 based on experience
