A well established and reputable Springfield, OH area landscaping company is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Hardscape Installer to create high-end residential patios and hardscape features. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in hardscape construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.
• Coordinate and supervise hardscape crew members, ensuring efficient and quality
• workmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Order materials and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscape construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to operate various hardscape equipment and tools.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape materials and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in landscape lighting and irrigation installation is a plus.

Compensation:

• Pay range - $28- $32 per hour
