The Landscape Construction Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operational logistics, working directly with the owner to manage field crews. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful, profitable execution of multi-faceted landscape design-build processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong, decisive leader who serves as the crucial liaison between field staff, clients, and the design team.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall job scheduling and ensure the timely completion of landscape construction projects.
- Oversee the daily operations of five field crews and serve as the main liaison between field staff and the design team.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and track the acquisition of necessary materials.
- Monitor and achieve profitability targets, handle invoicing and financial tracking, and track and manage change orders.
- Interface directly with clients to execute communication and seamlessly coordinate with subcontractors.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of multi-faceted landscape design-build processes.
Requirements
- Crucial construction background with specific experience in high-end outdoor living builds.
- Strong leadership characteristics: highly motivated, organized, decisive, fair, and team-oriented.
- Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders.
- Proven ability to operate landscape trucks and tow trailers; a valid DOT physical is a must.
- Experience using LMN or similar landscape business software.
- High level of professionalism with an exceptional level of detail to properly represent the brand.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary rate: $70,000 - $85,000 plus targeted incentives.
