Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and direct a team of landscaping and irrigation technicians.
  • Lead crews with hands-on field work performing landscaping projects including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees and shrubs. 
  • Inspect completed properties to guarantee all work meets rigorous quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Assist with ordering materials, crew scheduling, and other daily operational duties. 
  • Address and resolve on-site customer inquiries or concerns with prompt professionalism.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, crew lead, or foreman capacity.
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (State applicator or pesticide licensing is a strong plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of turf management, fertilization schedules, and regional plant life.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay ranging from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
