This Landscape Construction Manager role focuses on directing every phase of high-end landscape construction projects to guarantee they are delivered flawlessly, on budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee an array of premium residential landscape builds from inception to completion.
  • Maintain strict adherence to premium brand standards, design quality, and overall project excellence.
  • Coordinate and organize daily schedules for on-site construction crews and external subcontractors.
  • Partner closely with homeowners and in-house design teams throughout the active execution of each build.
  • Track project financials and timelines meticulously to ensure sustained profitability across all sites.
  • Uphold and regulate all job site safety measures and compliance policies to protect workers and clients.


Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in landscape construction, ideally within the luxury residential market.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of horticulture, construction materials, and the installation of custom, high-value landscape features.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effectively managing field crews.
  • Showcase the ability to accurately evaluate and interpret detailed landscape architectural blueprints and plans.
  • Bring strong problem-solving capabilities, top-tier client communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and standard project management software.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean driving history.
  • Showcase practical expertise in hardscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting installations.
  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) are considered highly advantageous.
