Production Coordinator / Field Supervisor
A full-time, in-person Landscape Production Coordinator opportunity, this role serves as the crucial link between active job sites, field crews, management, and clients. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all quality, safety, budgetary, and scheduling goals are consistently met across multiple landscaping projects.
Based in Arnold, Maryland, this premier landscape architecture and design firm specializes in creating timeless, sustainable outdoor spaces for the greater Annapolis area. Responsibilities
- Assist scheduling and field managers with daily crew readiness by reviewing work orders, handling material ordering and acquisition, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing truck/equipment loading.
- Serve as the primary liaison between multiple active job sites, crews, management, and clients to drive quality, safety, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
- Manage the final punch-out of design/build projects, address post-installation warranty issues, and ensure ultimate client satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic site visits at Estate Management projects to evaluate grounds and develop actionable to-do lists for maintenance teams.
- Organize and execute enhancement projects from start to finish, overseeing setup, layout, training, material sourcing, and invoicing.
- Make active field observations and interface directly with clients to identify, encourage, and develop new enhancement projects.

- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive 90-day training and evaluation program upon hire.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 annually
