This full-time Landscape Crew Leader position focuses on performing essential hands-on landscape maintenance tasks for commercial client properties. The selected candidate will work closely alongside experienced crew leaders to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general site upkeep.
• Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete daily routes efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with snow and ice operations during winter events.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs..
• Experience with landscape equipment preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, during winter snow events.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20-25/hour
• Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
