We are conducting a confidential search for a Business Manager in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in AR, AP, Payroll, and general accounting. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required to succeed in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accuracy of the P&L, Balance Sheet, AR, AP, and inventory
  • Weekly payroll processing
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Collaborate with leadership
  • Ensure a strong financial controls
  • Contract administration
  • Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as necessary to advance the company's objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • QuickBooks proficiency (more sophisticated programs preferred, such as NetSuite or Sage)
  • Basic understanding of GAAP
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently


Compensation

  • $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience and ability)
