We’re seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Account Manager to generate new business for maintenance and snow services, grow relationships with property management companies, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a key sales role focused on hitting growth targets and maintaining a 90%+ renewal rate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new B2B sales via canvassing, networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and property mapping.
  • Expand accounts and uncover additional opportunities within the client base.
  • Prepare estimates, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Manage contracts, pipeline activities (BOSS LM), and Outlook calendar.
  • Conduct site quality reviews and collaborate with operations and design/build teams.
  • Represent the company’s brand and values at meetings, trainings, and trade shows.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape industry preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Excel; ability to learn BOSS LM.
  • Experience with cold calling and social media networking.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints a plus.


Compensation

  • $60,000-$80,000 base salary + commission
