Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care for trees, shrubs, turf, and weed management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Work independently while managing daily service schedules
• Operate and maintain plant healthcare equipment
• Diagnose and treat plant health issues with precision and expertise
• Other tasks, responsibilities, and duties as necessary to advance the company's objectives

Requirements:

• Certified in 3A, 3B, and 6 (Michigan pesticide applicator certifications)
• Strong customer management experience
• Mechanically inclined (able to troubleshoot and maintain equipment)
• Chauffeur’s License
• MDOT Medical Card
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $30 +/- per hour (based on experience)
