A full service property maintenance and management firm based in Oak Park, MI is looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman. The ideal candidate will have the interest and ability to grow and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Install various hardscaping projects, including walkways, patios, and retaining walls
• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Assist with snow removal operations in the winter
• Train new team members
• Help with other duties and in other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

• Sufficient landscaping and hardscaping knowledge and experience
• Crew leading ability and experience
• Good working knowledge of hardscaping materials and best practices
• Valid driver's license
• Able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions of the job

Compensation

• $50,000 salary; negotiable based on experience
