Working on residential properties, you’ll coach crew members while ensuring each property is meticulously maintained. Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Direct your mowing or landscaping crew to complete daily routes efficiently and profitably while fostering an encouraging, positive team environment.
• Landscaping crews focus on edging, mulching, pruning, plant installation, and seeding. 
• Hands-On Excellence: Perform all tasks alongside your team, coaching and mentoring them along the way.
• Ensure Quality: Inspect all completed jobs to guarantee they meet the company's rigorous standards and client satisfaction guarantees.
• Focus on Safety: Maintain strict safety protocols for your crew, vehicles, and equipment at all times.
• Client Relations: Act as the on-site representative for the company, communicating with homeowners respectfully and professionally.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven, hands-on experience in landscaping or mowing, and equipment operation.
• Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• A strong moral compass, high integrity, and a detail-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the employer's facility in the Pataskala area.
• The physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
