We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee our residential landscape maintenance operations. This person will lead field teams, ensure quality standards, manage client expectations, and support the overall success of our high-end maintenance division. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and knowledgeable about horticulture, crew leadership, and high-caliber landscape care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for multiple residential maintenance crews.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee weekly maintenance routes and seasonal tasks.
- Conduct quality control visits and provide field training to ensure excellence in workmanship and service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and coordinate with project managers or designers to propose improvements.
- Oversee maintenance equipment and vehicle readiness.
- Monitor labor hours, material usage, and budget targets for each property.
- Recruit, train, and develop maintenance team members.
- Enforce company safety policies and promote a positive, professional team culture.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and maintenance management software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience
