We’re seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead crews in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and outdoor living features. This role involves hands-on work, crew supervision, quality control, and clear communication with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members on residential and commercial hardscape projects
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and task delegation
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specs
• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust resources as needed
• Track crew hours, materials, and daily progress reports

Qualifications

• Proven hardscape installation and leadership experience
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Ability to read plans, operate equipment, and manage crews efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• $26.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience
