What You’ll Do

• Either: Operate a landscape crew for mostly residential clients performing services such as edging & mulching beds, shrub & tree pruning, plant installation, topsoil & seeding, and more.
• Or: Operate a lawn mowing crew that supports Landscaping in off season months.
• Coach, teach, and answer questions from crewmembers.
• Prior experience is required for the Crew Leader.
• In the winter months, our snow division provides year-round employment.

Requirements

• Crew leadership experience
• General knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant ID & install, tree/shrub removal/stump grinding, pruning, lawn seeding/sod, and snow/ice services
• Mowing knowledge with previous experience
• Strong multitasking & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience
