Responsibilities

• Perform tree and shrub pruning, as well as removal tasks, utilizing climbing techniques or an aerial lift.
• Manage and oversee general landscaping installations and tear-out projects.
• Operate heavy equipment, including skidsteers, mini excavators, tractors, hydro seeders, and stump grinders.
• Ensure all projects consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
• Transition into the snow and ice management division during the winter months to support continuous seasonal operations.

Requirements

• Possess 2-3 years of proven tree climbing experience.
• Bring 2-3 years of experience as a landscaping foreman or crew leader.
• Demonstrate the ability to safely and effectively operate heavy landscaping equipment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
