Responsibilities:

• Lead a landscaping & hardscaping crew
• Operate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Train new crew members
• Accurately report time and material usage
• Other tasks and responsibilities as need or directed

 Requirements:

• Sufficient hardscaping experience: brick pavers, retaining walls, steps, etc.
• Sufficient landscaping experience: trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, stone, etc.
• Valid driver's license
• Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain
• Able to safely operate skid-steer, brick saw, truck & trailer, laser level, and other necessary tools and equipment
• Able to set grade for walls and patios
• Be reliable, dependable, and a team player
• Able to safely handle the physical demands of the job

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly - $28-$38 based on experience and capabilities
