This critical Sales & Operations Manager role drives business growth while ensuring seamless day-to-day office and field operations for year-round landscaping and snow management services. The selected professional will blend business development, contract administration, and operational oversight to support a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Conversational Spanish is required at a minimum. Candidates must be fully available during the winter season to support snow operations without exception.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives via targeted outreach, cold calling, and cultivating new sales prospects.
  • Draft polished, client-facing proposals by compiling pricing details and generating accurate site maps.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, which includes collecting compliance documentation and handling onboarding processes.
  • Oversee crucial winter operational logistics by tracking weather patterns, preparing event documentation, and ensuring storm readiness.
  • Assist accounts receivable tasks, including diligent collections outreach.
  • Validate time-and-material entries to guarantee precise and timely reporting.
  • Support overall sales and operational needs by performing additional duties as required.


Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Conversational Spanish is required at a minimum.
  • Availability to work standard in-office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), as well as mandatory 12-hour shifts during critical winter weather events without exception.
  • Proven organizational expertise to successfully juggle sales, administrative tasks, and field operations.
  • Excellent communication abilities tailored for outbound sales calls, proposal writing, and internal reporting.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills to navigate fast-paced scenarios, particularly during active snow management operations.
