A full service property maintenance and management firm based in Oak Park, MI is looking for an experienced Fertilization Technician. The ideal candidate will have the interest and ability to grow into Fertilization Department Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform fertilizer and weed control application for properties across Metro Detroit
• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Assist with snow removal operations in the winter
• Train new team members
• Help with other duties and in other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

• Sufficient fertilization and weed control knowledge and experience
• Valid Michigan Pesticide Applicator's Certification (3A, 3B, 6)
• Able to measure, calculate and calibrate materials and equipment 
• Valid driver's license
• Able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions of the job

Compensation

• $50,000 salary; negotiable based on experience
