Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a two-to-three-person crew in daily landscaping and irrigation operations.
• Execute hands-on landscaping projects from start to finish, including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees or shrubs.
• Oversee job sites to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment responsibly while preparing crews for daily tasks.
• Assist with daily operational duties, such as scheduling, ordering materials, and employee training.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of hands-on landscaping and lawn care experience, specifically including actual landscaping work rather than only mowing.
• Demonstrate 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within the landscaping industry.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Show a strong understanding of landscaping operations, with irrigation system knowledge considered a strong plus.
• Maintain a reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
