Southeast Michigan company established in 2005 provides landscape design, construction, installation, and maintenance services. You would manage and oversee multiple crews for a well-capitalized company. Leadership invests in developing their people, equipment, and infrastructure, including running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee up to three crews
- Preparation, logistics, and coordination of materials and tools for projects
- Resolve conflicts with employees or clients
- Maintain safety compliance
- Administrate annual reviews with crew members according to the EOS People Analyzer
- Hold evaluation and expectation discussions with employees
- Maintain best practices and processes
- Lead, manage, and hold your people accountable
- Lead by example; reinforce company's core values
- Communicate daily projects to Foremen
- Prepare for next day and week in advance
- Manage snow and ice management operations
- Other tasks and responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
- Must have significant hardscaping experience
- Sufficient and significant landscaping experience
- Sufficient management and leadership experience
- Able to lead, manage, and oversee multiple crews
- Must be a strong leader, a self-starter, driven, accountable, humble, a team player, and customer focused
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong time and priority management
- Valid driver's license
- Willing and available to work necessary schedule, which can include Saturdays and long hours during the peak season.
- 24/7 availability during snow and ice management events
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $65,000 $75,000
