About the Position

The Irrigation Installer plays a critical role in the field team, handling the physical installation of irrigation lines and systems. This position combines technical labor with customer service, requiring a candidate who takes pride in their craft and interacts professionally with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual excavation duties, including digging and trenching to prepare for irrigation line installation.
• Connect and bury pipes and install sprinkler heads to ensure proper system coverage.
• Maintain all tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept clean and in good working condition.
• Interact with customers daily, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally at all times while on job sites.
• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary to support the company’s operational objectives.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience and proficiency in the irrigation industry.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication skills, specifically regarding customer interaction.
• Ability to work the assigned seasonal schedule, typically Monday through Saturday.
• Willingness to perform physical labor, including digging and trenching.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15 - $35+ per hour, based on experience.
