• Significant landscape industry experience
• Experience in landscape services where marked growth and profit expansion was achieved
• Demonstrated track record of enhancing the operational and people capabilities of an organization
• Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and idea generation
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire others and lead by example
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Integrity and ethics beyond reproach
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
