This role combines business development, contract administration, subcontractor support, and operational oversight, making it a key position in keeping both the office and field running smoothly year-round. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and candidates must be fully available during the winter season to support snow operations without exception.

Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts through cold calling, target outreach and helping generate new sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals by producing site maps, compiling job pricing and creating polished client-facing proposal documents.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including collections.
- Coordinate outreach to potential and existing subcontractors, collect required forms and compliance documentation, and subcontractor processing.
- Provide operational support during the winter season by monitoring weather and site conditions, helping event activation readiness, and preparing event documentation.
- Process and review time-and-material entries to ensure accuracy and timely documentation.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support sales, operations, and overall business needs.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
- Ability to work standard in-office hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Must be fully available during the winter season, including 12-hour shifts and weather-driven operational needs, with no exceptions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance sales, administrative, and operational responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills for outbound calling, proposal preparation, subcontractor coordination, collections, and internal reporting.
- Ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced operational environment, especially during snow events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
