Avon / North Ridgeville, OH area lawn care company that provides services such as lawn fertilization, weed control, seeding & aeration, and mosquito & tick control is looking for a Production Manager.

The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of lawn technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervision, equipment and vehicle management & maintenance, and inventory management & purchasing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn care, horticulture, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Certifications in pesticides or horticulture are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
